Healthcare in Crisis: Nurses mobilize for change.

The Quebec healthcare system is in crisis and nurses are overturning old taboos and speaking out in the name of patient care and safety in the workplace. This unprecedented degree of individual mobilization from nurses has never been seen before in the province’s history; some even arguing anywhere else. Is this the start of a major turning point for nursing engagement?
