The 34-year-old Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton, a five-time world champion, earlier this year revealed to US talk show host David Letterman, he is still struggling with his mental health as he balances his highs with “massive comedowns.”
“Mentally you have these massive highs, wins and success, but then you have these massive comedowns,” Hamilton told Letterman.
According to the Sun Times, Hamilton credits a plant-based diet with having a positive impact both mentally and physically along with improving his relationship with his family, in particular, his father.
